By Cheque:	1. Please make a crossed cheque payable to Winelink & Brothers Company Limited and write down the order number, your name behind the cheque. 2. Mail the cheque to: Unit 806 8/F Lanton Industrial Building 99 Wai Yip Street, Kwung Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. 3. Post-dated cheque will not be accepted.	If the amount exceeds HKD$4000, please prepay the amount by deposit

General clauses

• The delivery is only provide to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories of Hong Kong S.A.R. of China. Service is not include Islands, Northern area of Tai Po and any restrictive area or Hotel room.
• Our company reserves the right to change the price without any additional notice. The final decision of accpet or refuse the order is reserved by our company and according to the available stock supply. If any product is out of stock, our company has the right to substitute for the short supply stock to similar type and price product; and the customer also has the right to refuse the substitute.
• Customer must check the goods properly during goods receiving. If there is any damage of goods, please notice the delivery person immediately and ASK for proving signature in order to arranging the goods replacement. Our company has the rights to refuse the replacement of the goods which has been confirmed by signature of receiving goods.
• Any risks of the goods is responsibled by the buyer When once the buyer receive the goods after transportation. However, our company reserve the property rights of the goods until the payment of the goods is settled by the buyer.
• Buyer has the responsibility to notice our company or delievery person immediately if there is any change of the transportation address. If the consignee cannot receive the orederd-goods within the agreed time, our company reserve the rights to charge the additional transportation fees to the buyer.
• Our company can adjust the credit and quantity quotation to the particular customer anytime. In addition, our company reserve the rights to set up limitations to any sales, including the rights to refuse the trade with the person who invloves in resell.
• If there is no any legal loading area near the building within 50 meters, the transprtation service is then not provide for the apartments of the building.
• If the orderd-goods are over 5 boxes or above, the transportation is only provide to the floor which supprts elevator sevice. In case of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning, delivery service will be suspended, our company will contact the customer to arrange another delivery date.
• The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Company.
• The Company reserves the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice.
• Any change of the above transportation information, causes, payment methods will not be noticed in advance.
